Alleghany County Fiddlers Convention
Musicians come for friendly competition, camaraderie, and to show and hone their skills. Others come to see and hear the contest, scout around the fairgrounds for hot jam sessions, kick up their heels, see their friends and neighbors, and sample the fare of a variety of vendors.

Historic Clay County Courthouse/Beal Center 25 Herbert Street, Hayesville, NC, United StatesBring your favorite lawn chair, your sweetheart and family, and come out for our FREE summer concerts on the Historic Courthouse Square in downtown Hayesville. No registration or tickets required. Red Bucket Donations appreciated. Food and beverage service available at 6 pm and music gets underway at 7 pm.
Hometown Appalachian Heritage Festival
Nearly 50 live demonstrations will be showcased and will feature the essence of life in Appalachia. You'll see quilters, wood carvers, canoe builders and even a live, working gem mining flume.
