Music on Main Concert Series Features Emporium

Celebrate a beautiful Friday evening at the Music on Main concert series. The concert features the band Emporium playing hits from classic rock, disco, funk and beach music, as well as current hits “Brown-Eyed Girl,” “Uptown Funk,” “Summertime,” “My Girl,” “Disco Inferno” and “Tracks of My Tears” just might be on the docket. The concert, held from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Visitor Center at 201 South Main Street, is a great way to kick off the weekend.

The family-friendly event offers concessions such as hot dogs, ice cream, pretzels and lemonade for sale.

Music on Main is presented in conjunction with the Classic Car Show,  at the same time as the concert. Dozens of car owners drive in their vintage and antique cars for the popular show. Click for more information about the Classic Car Show, Carolina Mountain Car Club.

Bring a chair and sit back, relax and enjoy the music from 7-9pm. Seating area opens after 5:30pm; early admission is strictly prohibited.  Hendersonville city ordinance prohibits animals in the event area. Alcoholic beverages, backpacks and coolers are prohibited. Admission is free.

In case of inclement weather the concert will be postponed until 8pm; if the weather does not improve by 8pm the performance will be cancelled.
